| Carl is a system
developer with over 20 years experience designing
and developing solutions to complex business problems. Carl's early experience in a variety of business environments allows him to approach system projects with a full understanding of the client's perspective and needs. He uses his management background along with contemporary system design skills to develop optimal solutions to client problems. His approach emphasizes enabling client control over the environment. His designs improve client accuracy and efficiency, reduce work effort, and enhance control over the business processes, while minimizing requirements for system technical support. |

| Gwaltney
is a technical communication consultant
with over 20 years experience developing software
documentation, training materials, and project
management documents. She specializes in identifying
and solving client communication problems. Four
years as manager of user training and documentation
honed her strong organization and project management
skills. Her current projects include developing
a web site for an online document library and
a Web interface for a datamart. An Associate Fellow and active member of the Society for Technical Communication, she has held leadership positions in the East Bay Chapter, ran a regional conference, and frequently presents at regional and international conferences. Gwaltney is a founding member and active leader of the Professional Association for Computer Educators, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. Additionally, Gwaltney teaches technical communication at the University of California Berkeley Extension. | ||
